Brief
To leverage the support of social media influencers to generate hype and anticipation for the theatrical release of AQUAMAN.

Strategy
We profiled and recruited the top social influencers in the genres of film, entertainment, geek, gaming and watersports to attend and post from AQUAMAN launch events in Sydney (official Premiere) and Melbourne.

All participating influencers were briefed to share coverage from the events expressing their excitement and featuring the official campaign hashtags to maximise social awareness.

Outcomes

• The AQUAMAN campaign generated over 900,000 social media interactions (views, likes, shares)

• Over 60 influencers were recruited to post for the AQUAMAN campaign

AQUAMAN was the number 1 film in Australia for 3 weeks, generating over $25 million dollars
